As a sports drink, I understand why you would want to add the large amount of water, or even if you sipped on it all day. For a morning drink, I'd just add a bit. Loved the taste of the honey in the drink. I drank it first think in the morning for a quick pick me up instead of caffeine. Thanks for sharing!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 12 cup honey (raw, preferably)
  • 12 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 5 12 cups water (spring water is best)


  1. Place all ingredients in a reclosable bottle, shake well to mix honey. Drink throughout the day to energize your body. Or pour into cups and serve to others. Makes 8 servings.
