As a sports drink, I understand why you would want to add the large amount of water, or even if you sipped on it all day. For a morning drink, I'd just add a bit. Loved the taste of the honey in the drink. I drank it first think in the morning for a quick pick me up instead of caffeine. Thanks for sharing!
- 1⁄2 cup honey (raw, preferably)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sea salt
- 2 cups orange juice
- 5 1⁄2 cups water (spring water is best)
