ingredients

709.77 ml carrots, whole or 709.77 ml carrots, sliced
59.14 ml water
59.14 ml honey
29.58 ml butter
29.58 ml parsley flakes, chopped
0.25 ml salt

directions

Cook carrots until tender and drain.
Stir remaining ingredients in until carrots are well coated.
Salt to taste.

Quick and Easy side dish, and just delicious! I have a terrible time getting DH to eat carrots - this did the trick! We liked the honey and butter flavor. I used frozed carrot medalions. Very nice! I will be using this recipe again! Thanks lazyme!!! Made for 1.2.3 Hits

Made this side dish on a weeknight - cooked the carrots in the microwave - and within 5 minutes I had a nice side dish!! Didn't add the butter but I think I will next time as the carrots were missing something... Did add some pepper! Thanks lazyme! :)
