  1. In a large bowl, toss apples with lemon juice.
  2. Add grapes, celery and dates.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, honey, sour cream, and salt; mix well.
  4. Pour over apple mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Stir in the walnuts.
  6. Serve immediately.
