  • Place all ingredients in except olive oil in a food processor and process until a paste is formed.
  • Heat oil over med-high heat.
  • Drop paste by rounded tablespoon into heat oil and flatten. Fry until golden brown on both sides.

  1. They were easy to make. However, they fell apart when done. The taste was OK though albeit a bit dry. Also, a lot more oil was needed than the one tablespoon stated. Thanks for posting. Made for PAC, Autumn 2008.
