Holiday Punch

"The punch we serve at our holiday parties -- suitable for the kiddies. It can be spiked, however, by adding vodka, or liquer of choice!"

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 3 quarts

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
• 2 cups water
• 1 quart cranberry juice cocktail
• 1⁄3 cup fresh lime juice
• 2 cups orange juice
• 2 liters ginger ale
• 1 lime, sliced

directions

1. Dissolve sugar in two cups boiling water.
2. Cool.
3. Add all ingredients.
4. Mix well.
5. Serve chilled.
6. If using a punch bowl, freeze 1/3 of punch mixture and limes in a ring mold or in a block.
7. Use the frozen mixture to keep punch cold without diluting it.
