Holiday Eggnog

"Rich and creamy eggnog. A holiday favorite"

• Ingredients: 6

ingredients

• 6 eggs
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup golden rum
• 1 quart light cream
• 1 pinch nutmeg

directions

1. In large bowl beat eggs until light and foamy.
2. Add sugar and salt and beat till thick and lemon coloured.
3. Add rum and cream.
4. Chill at least 3 hours.
5. Just before serving sprinkle with nutmeg.
