ingredients
- 2 (453.59 g) package cream cheese
- 113.39 g can pineapple, crushed & drained
- 59.14 ml green pepper, chopped
- 473.18 ml pecans or 473.18 ml walnuts, chopped
- 29.58 ml green onions, chopped
- 14.79 ml seasoning salt
directions
- Soften cheese. Gradually add the pineapple. Mix in 1 cup of the nuts and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Chill well.
- remove from refrigerator and shape into 1 or 2 balls.
- Roll into the rest of the remaining nuts.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until you serve.
- Garnish the ball with jarred cherries and pineapple rings.
