Hg So-Good Spinach Bites

"If it's spinach, it must be good! Easily veganized with appropriate substitutions; I also sometimes nix the cereal and use a mixture of half wheat bread crumbs/ half ground flax seeds, increases the fat content but its good Omegas."

  • In a food processor or blender, grind Fiber One to a breadcrumb-like consistency. Add Fiber One crumbs to the large bowl and mix until integrated.
