From "Fast Chicken"/ The Hawthorn Series
Directions:

Mix the tenderloins with paprika, thyme,oregano, chili pepper and pepper in a bowl.

Stir in the olive oil and lemon juice to form a paste and coat the chicken with the paste.

Heat a little oil in a heavy based pan and add the tenderloins.

Cook for 2-3 minutes,each side, turning once,until cooked through.

This is a nice simple and easy chicken dish. It has a nice flavor to it, but I think next time I might try and marinate the chicken a little before hand as it was a wee bit bland for me. DH loved it though and has already requested we have it again next week. I cut the recipe in half but otherwise made as directed! This is a great easy weeknight meal! Thanks for posting! We will make this often! Made for Holiday Tag December 2009!
