My mom has made these for years, and they win over even the pickiest eater. It's also a great way to use up leftover rice. Freezes well.
- Mix all ingredients and divide to stuff peppers. Top with some extra 57 sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
Delicious recipe! I had some ground turkey that I used in place of the beef and I also had some lefted over Elaine's Rice Pilaf that I replaced regular rice with. Turned out wonderful. I did bake it alittle longer to make sure the meat was done inside the peppers ( 1hr and 15min) Thanks for sharing the recipe!
Totally yummy! I used a mix of beef and sausage, no rice(serving Fried Rice) and mixed the steak sauce and ketchup for the topping. Sprinked with Cheddar cheese to serve. DELISH!
