- 1⁄2 teaspoon low sodium salt
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1⁄4 cup whey protein powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 3⁄4 cup Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking
- 1 1⁄2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 1⁄2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 1 cup egg white
- 3 teaspoons egg whites
- 2 tablespoons lecithin granules
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened chocolate chips
- 3⁄4 cup nonfat milk
directions
- Makes 24 soft scone bisquits.
- Use ice cream scooper.
