Did you know that some store bought salsa can contain 400 mg of sodium in 1/4 cup?? This version from the Mayoclinic website has MUCH less. (try 75 mg per 1/4 cup!!)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss gently to mix. Cover and refridgerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
  2. If you prefer a hotter version, add 1/2 to 1 tbsp finely chopped jalapeno peppers.
