this healthy banana bread is my creation. i use oil instead of butter to decrease the fat and i substitute some of flour for oats. my family loves this bread. also, i use stevia sweetener instead of regular white sugar.

This is a great recipe for breakfast. I made muffins and my kids loved them. Makes me feel good to know that my kids are getting a good solid and healthy baked good.

  1. mix the wet ingredients in a blender.
  2. mix the dry ingredients by hand.
  3. now miz the wet and dry ingredients BY HAND.
  4. bake at 375 F for 75 minutes.
