A lightened up version of apple crisp make a yummy fall treat.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray a 9 x 13 glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Combine first five ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Pour filling into prepared baking dish.
  5. Mix together remaining dry ingredients.
  6. In a separate bowl, combine remaining wet topping ingredients.
  7. Slowly fold wet ingredients into dry.
  8. Pour topping over filling.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
