These little beauties use leftover popcorn in them. I usually make them after "movie night" and use up whats left of our popcorn.
- 1 1⁄2 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 cup chow mein noodles
- 12 ounces butterscotch chips
- Combine the popcorn and chow mein noodles.
- Melt the chips over hot water.
- Pour melted chips over the popcorn mixture.
- Stir to coat well.
- Drop by heaping tablespoons onto waxed paper and refrigerate until firm.
- Store in tightly covered container.
