- 226.79 g fresh hot chili peppers
- 2.46 ml yellow asafoetida powder
- 4.92 ml ground caraway seed
- 4.92 ml salt
- 7.39 ml fresh ground pepper
- 7.39 ml ground cumin
- 4.92 ml ground coriander
directions
- Place the chilies in a processor and chop until coarsely ground.
- Add the other ingredients and process until smooth.
- Thin with rapeseed oil if required.
