Made this tonight because a friend of mine told me its an easy meal she makes for her family rather often. I didnt want to dice onions, so I used some of the dried kind, and used Johnnys seasoning instead of salt/pepper. I only had regular Cream of Mushroom on hand (next time I will try it with the golden mushroom soup). I added a few splashes of Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder to the soup mix. Overall, for an easy meal it wasn't to bad :)

I made this for mine and my SO's dinner on 1/21/13. All the exact ingredients from the ground beef to the pepper were used. I formed the ground beef in four equal patties, and placed in a preheated skillet. To get the onions cooked thoroughly, the pan was covered and the patties were cooked over medium heat.Since lean beef wasn't used, the liquid that remained was drained and I proceeded with the recipe. And only two cans soup were on hand,so went with that. Then let all that simmer for about 25 minutes on low. After tasting, we both felt that the sauce was lacking in flavor and a bit on the thick side. Maybe something like oregano and garlic powder might " pick up " the taste factor somewhat, and a touch of water would help thin out the soup. But after all is said and done, it was a good & basic meal. " Keep Smiling :) "
