An open faced sandwich
- 6 English muffins, split
- 3 cups ground ham
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Preheat oven 375'.
- Mix the ham, cheese, onion and the eggs and spread evenly between the english muffin halves.
- Bake on cookie sheet 10 to 15 minutes.
- Broil 2 to 3 minutes to brown.
