  • 1 (16 ounce) package frozen peas, thawed
  • 12 lb cooked ham, julienned
  • 1 cup shreddded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped red onion
  • 13 - 12 cup ranch salad dressing

  • In a serving bowl, combine the peas, ham, cheese and onion.
  • Pour dressing over the top and toss to coat.

  1. I wanted to make this salad because peas are one of my favorite vegies and I like eating all of the ingredients listed. This did turn out good, but to me the onion was overpowering. It could very well be that the red onion I bought was simply a very strong one. I plan on making this again, but will cut the amount of onion in half.

I love collect new recipes as well as eat them. I have a recipe collection that is almost taking up my pantry room. And I still keep adding more to zaar. I LOVE TO COOK! Which I just pickes up about 4 yrs ago, when I became a mommy. I used to think it was a chore and I hated even the thought of it. I wish I could Bake more...I cant BAKE AT ALL! I will have to practice on that one. I work overnights. I have been married for almost 4 yrs. We have 2 beautiful toddler boys together and will hopefully have more.
