A store clerk asked me if I liked PayDay candy bars when I was buying a bag of candy corn. He told me to get a can of salted peanuts and mix them a ratio of 4 peanuts to 1 candy corn. Hmmm, not bad! Forgot about it until I saw your recipe. Thanks for the post!

I love to make this using cashews (DH demands it!). I purchased a clear glass pumpkin at WalMart to pu the corn in. A pretty presentation! :)
