- 16 avocados
- 2267.96 g cooked jumbo shrimp (gulf shrimp)
- 946.36 ml sliced stuffed olives
- 473.18 ml sliced ripe olives
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 bunch green onion top (sliced thin)
- 946.36 ml French dressing
- 236.59 ml white wine
- 118.29 ml lemon juice
- 29.58 ml jalapeno juice
directions
- Mix all wet ingredients.
- Slice avocados into dressing mixture to keep their color.
- Mix celery, olives, green onions and shrimp.
- Add dry and wet ingredients and toss lightly.
