I grilled it to try something new, this was an Alternative instead of frying it
- 2 lbs boneless steak
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 teaspoon oil
- Rub oil over steak.
- Season steak with the seasonings.
- Grill steak for 20 minutes or until done.
Very very good seasoning. We put it on New York Steaks and I added the cayenne pepper for some spice. Served with Spinach Stuffed Tomatoes#457378, Twice Baked Steakhouse Potatoes#442188 and Spinach Stuffed Portabella Caps#453666. Made for Fall PAC 2011.
These were really good and easy to make. I didn't add the cayenne pepper but followed the rest of the recipe. We all enjoyed these.
