- 4 garlic cloves
- 1⁄2 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 2 lbs chicken, bone-in

- Mince the garlic and add orange juice, thyme, salt and pepper to the garlic in the bowl. Add chicken, turn to coat, and marinate for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Grill chicken until thoroughly cooked and no pink remains. Baste chicken while grilling.
