ingredients

• 2 tomatoes
• 2 tablespoons basil, Chopped
• 1 tablespoon roasted red pepper, Chopped
• 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
• 1 big zucchini
• 1⁄2 cup fava beans
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon lemon zest
• 1⁄2 tablespoon salt and black pepper
• 400 g mackerel
• 4 tablespoons white wine

directions

1. salt and paper to the mackerel and put the white wine. set aside.
