- 157.80 ml olive oil
- 78.78 ml vinegar
- 118.29 ml basil leaves, chopped
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 946.36 ml bow tie pasta, cooked
- 354.88 ml croutons, caesar
- 118.29 ml sun-dried tomato, cut into strips
- 118.29 ml walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Mix oil, vinegar and basil. Reserve 2/3 cup dressing.
- Grill or broil chicken for 15 minutes or until done, turning and brushing often with remaining dressing. Slice cooked chicken into thin strips.
- Toss bow tie pasta, croutons, tomatoes, chicken and walnuts with reserved dressing. Garnish with cheese. Serve immediately.
