Green Vodka Cooler
"I saw this on Emeril Live today and had to try it. "Cooler" is the right description! Very tasty and cool! I just made a two-serving recipe, however, and threw it all in the blender at one time."

- 2 cups lime juice, fresh
- 3⁄4 cup sugar
- 2 cups vodka
- 8 cups ice, crushed
- lime slice, for garnish
directions
- Combine lime juice and sugar in a bowl, and whisk to dissolve the sugar. Pour half of this mixture into a blender.
- Add 1 cup vodka and 4 cups ice, and blend until smooth. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately, garnished with lime slices.
