  1. Cook beans in a large pan of boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, heat oil. Add onion and cook 2-3 minutes, or until softened.
  3. Add tomatoes, basil and parsley. Cook 3 minutes to heat and distribute flavors. Stir beans into pan and cook 5-6 minutes or until crisp tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
