"A very nice salsa served with fish or chicken. Also can be served next to some brie with crackers."

295.73 ml tomatoes, finely chopped
118.29 ml cucumber, finely chopped
29.58 ml olives, finely chopped
29.58 ml red onions, finely chopped
14.79 ml lemon juice
4.92 ml olive oil

0.25 ml dried oregano
59.14 ml walnuts, chopped and toasted

directions

Mix together all ingredients except walnuts until well combined. Season with salt and pepper; stir in walnuts just before serving.
