Greek Style Pork

  1. Trim fat from pork. Cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
  2. In a large nonstick pan sprayed with cooking spray, brown pork,peppers, and onion, Drain off any fat.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes
  4. sprinkle feta over pork and Serve immediately.
