  1. Enjoyed this salad with added red wine vinegar and lots of fresh ground pepper.

  2. Wonderful Salad!!! I did add a bit of red wine vinegar into my olive oil...we just love that vinegar taste!!! Also used red onions, and fresh from the garden tomatoes, cucumbers, and Greek Oregano.

  3. Very easy to make but didn't have enough flavor for me had to add some salad dressing.

  4. Very simple to prepare and delicious. I used red onion and just a light sprinkling of oregano as I didn't want to overwhelm the other flavors. Thanks for sharing!

  5. A breeze to make. I used the ripest tomatoes, a tablespoon of fresh oregano, red onion and low-fat feta with a bit of oil. I also added 2 tablespoons of vinegar as I like my salads with tang. The tomato/cheese ratio in this salad gave it a very meaty texture. Thanks Nor!
