This is a deliscious granola great with fruit and yummy yogurt!!!! Enjoy!
- 6 cups oats
- 1⁄2 cup almonds
- 1⁄2 cup hazelnuts (otherwise known as filberts)
- 1⁄2 cup pecans
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1⁄2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1⁄4 cup flax seed
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup walnut oil
- 1⁄2 cup grapeseed oil
- 1⁄2 cup demerara sugar (dark brown sugar)
- 1⁄4 cup honey (addeed last of ingredient)
- Preheat oven to 350* F.
- combine all in order, honey last, mix well.
- -cover pan(pans) with parchement.
- Stir while cooking and cooling to avoid clumping.
- Cook for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
