ingredients
- 6 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Add 6 cups of any of the following
- soy flour
- whole wheat flour
- wheat germ rolled wheat flakes
- sunflower pumpkin or sesame seeds
- nonfat dry milk powder
- shredded coconut
- unsalted nuts (almonds, walnuts, peanuts or pecans)

Heat the following in a large roasting pan
- 1 cup butter or 1 cup oil
- 1 cup honey, molasses or 1 cup maple syrup
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla or 2 teaspoons almond extract
directions
- Add dry ingredients and stir together. Place in a large roasting pan. Bake at 250 degrees stirring every 20 minute for 2 1/2 hours or until browned.
