ingredients
- 4 cups oats
- 1 1⁄4 cups unsweetened coconut
- 1⁄2 cup sliced almonds
- 1⁄4 sunflower seeds
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- handful raisins (optional)
directions
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients (except for the honey and butter) .
- Melt honey and butter over a low flame. Pour over oat mixture. Pour evenly onto a greased edged cookie sheet.
- Bake at 400 for 15 minutes. Take out of oven, stir and put back in for 15 more minutes.
- To result a clumpier cereal then leaven on pan until cooler when you take it out the last time.
