Granny's Corn & Hamburger Loaf

"Another recipe from my Granny's collection. Her notes on the card indicate "quick and delicious". I think this is a creative twist on the standard meatloaf and uses one of Granny's favorite ingredients - CORN!"

  1. This is yummy. I really don't like corn. This is a great way to have it add and not really taste it. Very good receipe, This is now my new meatloaf receipe

  2. I found the taste of this to be great. The texture was not so great. I think it needs more oatmeal or something to hold it together. Mine was quite crumbly. It was good as a sandwich spread though!!

  3. I followed the instructions to the letter. The only difference was, I used Nolan Ryan’s ground round. I was more than disappointed. It did not even smell good when baking. The cream corn seemed to take over. It had a mushy texture. I baked it for 70 mins. I wonder where I went wrong since Julie thought it was yummy.
