  1. A nice recipe for when time is not an issue. I used honey barbeque sauce for this brisket. My DH really enjoyed it and I would prefer it without having baked with the bbq sauce rubbed in.

I live just North of Chicago in a small town with my husband Don and two kitties which we found in the woods. I love cooking, gardening, collecting cookbooks (vintage and new) and surfing the internet. My favorite chef right now is Rachael Ray. I love quick and easy and am just now getting into OAMC. I like freezing things in smaller portions as it is just the hubby and I. I also am into organics and making my own cosmetics and cleaning products. I work at a local store that sells, China, Crystal, and Sterling. I enjoy my job very much as I've been into china since a time I spent in England while in the Air Force, (many years ago). I also love working with the public so I'm fortunate my job suits me to a T.
