- 59.14 ml Crisco shortening
- 236.59 ml granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 473.18 ml all-purpose flour
- 4.92 ml baking powder
- 4.92 ml vanilla extract
- 236.59 ml sour milk
- 2.46 ml baking soda

Filling streusel
- 88.74 ml brown sugar
- 29.58 ml cinnamon
directions
- Cream the shortening, sugar, until well combined, add the eggs, then dry and wet ingredients.
- Combine the batter well.
- Combine the brown sugar, and cinnamon and set aside.
- In your greased and floured baking loaf pan, place half the batter evenly, sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture over that and cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle all the remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture evenly over the top.
- Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour.
