A different twist on the same old chicken salad - guaranteed to please!
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, shredded
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup of crumbled gorgonzola
- 1 teaspoon nature's seasoning (or salt or pepper or garlic powder mix)
- 1 teaspoon pickle relish
- 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)
- 1 -2 chopped celery rib
- Combine all ingredients.
- Serve on toasted bread or on fruit and vegetable plate.
