  2. Mix dry ingredients.
  3. Mix wet, then add into dry.
  4. Fill cups to about 2/3 cup full.
  5. Bake for about 22 minutes.

Our family is gluten/casein free and have many food insensitivities, but this recipe is easily adapted & they LOVE the muffins (AND I'm getting carrots in my daughter who thinks carrots are only for dogs and horses) :)
