Ok, so it's the time of the month, and you feel terrible and all you want is CHOCOLATE but you know the sugary-chocolate will make you feel worse (yes it will!) but you still want it! This treat will conquer the craving and give you the potassium and magnesium you need to get better ;)

  1. Mash the banana with a fork in a plate.
  2. Add cocoa powder and honey and mix together.
  3. Enjoy 'getting better' with this chocolaty indulgence -- and only the one plate to wash!
  4. Optional: Put the mix in the microwave for about 20 seconds to get real chocolate goeyness :D.

Just went and made this. It wasn't bad. I added a little extra honey to it because the 1 tsp just wasn't enough for me. I could see me making this again. I'll try it again during PMS! lol!

Incredible! I was craving chocolate in a MAJOR way and remembered this recipe. It's rich and gooey and an easy alternative to fattening chocolates. I dipped a couple of graham crackers in it for a little crunch--it was delish!
