- 113.39 g gelatin, any flavor
- 177.44 ml boiling water
- 118.29 ml cold water
- ice cube
- 236.59 ml non-dairy whipped topping or 236.59 ml sour cream
- 566.99 g crushed pineapple, drained
- 311.84 g mandarin orange sections, drained
- 236.59 ml miniature marshmallow
- 59.14 ml walnuts or 59.14 ml pecans, chopped
directions
- Complete dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
- Combine cold water and ice cubes to make 1 1/4 cups.
- Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
- Remove any unmelted ice.
- Add whipped topping, blending until smooth.
- Stir in pineapple, mandarin oranges, marshmallows, and nuts.
- Pour into serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
- Chill until set, about 2 hours.
- Garnish with additional fruits and mint leaves, if desired.
