- 793.78 g can crushed tomatoes, undrained
- 473.18 ml vegetable juice cocktail
- 36.97 ml red wine vinegar
- 14.79 ml olive oil
- 2.46 ml hot sauce (to taste)
- 414.03 ml finely diced cucumbers (about 1 large)
- 236.59 ml finely diced bell pepper
- 78.78 ml minced cilantro or 78.78 ml parsley
- 59.14 ml minced green onion

directions
- Combine the first five ingredients in a large pitcher. Stir in the remaining ingredients except garnishes. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to 3 days. Serve in large goblets with desired garnish.
