This goes great with any chicken but is perfect when serves with my chicken skewers.
- 1 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 8 garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 -5 tablespoons olive oil
- salt, as needed
- Mash garlic into a paste (salt helps to add a little traction to the garlic and makes it easier to mash) mix well into yogurt then add remaining ingredients. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving with chicken.
Great sauce!! I used half the lemon it was perfect!!
I loved this sauce. It was served with your chicken skewers as suggested and thought it was a wonderful complement to the chicken. DH found it to be too lemony but for me there is no such thing as too lemony. Thank you for sharing. Made for Spring 2010 PAC
