    Ingredients:

    Directions:

      Heat oil in frying pan or wok.

      Add garlic and cook over low fire until golden brown. Be careful not to overcook the garlic.

      Remove 1 tablespoons of garlic and put in a small bowl.

      Add rice to the wok and cook until well mixed.

      Season with salt.

      Serve hot in a plate. Top with browned garlic.
