I like these shrimp with corn on the cob, crusty bread, and a salad of summer greens.

Pretty good, but next time I would peel and devain the shrimp. And maybe cut down on the lime juice.

  1. Melt butter in heavy medium skillet over medium heat.
  2. Mix in next 6 ingredients.
  3. Sauté for 30 seconds; add shrimp and sauté until opaque in the center turning occasionally for about 3 minutes.
  4. Stir in parsley.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve.
