- 236.59 ml oil (I prefer olive or canola)
- 10-12 clove garlic, peeled and halved
- 59.14 ml fresh lemon juice, add more to taste
- 0.25 ml salt
directions
- In food processer add oil and garlic at full speed for 1-2 minutes.
- Add lemon, process 30 seconds.
- Taste test using Italian or serian bread.
- Add more lemon and salt to taste.
