Garlic-Herb Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 lb potato, peeled,cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 13 cup milk
  • 12 cup garlic & herb spreadable cheese (such as Boursin or Philadelphia Brand)

Directions

  1. Simmer potatoes in water to cover until tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Drain and return to pan.
  3. Mash with milk, cheese and season to taste.
  4. Heat over moderate heat until heated through.
