Adapted from Campfire Cuisine - Use to top baked potatoes, grilled fish, chicken, steak, or mushrooms
- 1⁄2 cup softened butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 minced garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tablespoon red wine
- Mix all the ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.
- May store in the refrigerator up to two weeks, or in the freezer up to two months.
