  1. In a glass dish,beat egg yolkwith garlic.
  2. Place chicken in egg mixture, and turn to coat.
  3. Cover dish and refrigerate for atleast 4 hours, or overnight if possible.
  4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 DEGREES C).
  5. Melt butter and pour into the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Mix together the bread crumbs,Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  7. Dip marinated chicken in crumb mixture.
  8. Place coated chicken in baking dish, and pour remaining egg mixture over.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes on each side, or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.

This was really yummy! I have never let the chicken marinate in the egg so it was interesting to me. Great flavor! I served it with mashed 'taters' and a crispy salad! Great weeknight dinner if you can remember to plan ahead!

I upped the quantity on everything x4 and made this for 4 chicken breasts. We just thought it was ok, nothing special. It was however fairly quick and easy. So overall a good weeknight meal.

I made this for my husband the other night.I do not eat meat ,so I have no idea what is good and what is not, HOWEVER, MY HUSBAND is my biggest critic and HE LOVED THIS DISH!
