  1. This was soooo Good!!!!!! Should be called Garlic lovers chicken!! As for time - it took 10 - 15 minutes to prepare and about 25 minutes cooking time More than enough for 2 servings. Great reacipe because one can expand on it to suit it to our taste and to the number of diners. I only used 3 tablespoons of olive oil instead of 5. I followed the recipe after that, except, I added some stuff out of the fridge. Last 6 or 8 minutes of cooking, I added, about 6 chopped green onions,1/2 cup each red and green sweet peppers and about 4 large florets of cauliflower. We had about a foot each of thin, very crusty, caraway french bread with it!!!!!Could not leave a drop of the juices. Absolutely delicious and will be repeated again and again. Thank-you Recipezaar!!! Dorothy

  2. This is amazing chicken. It may seem like too much garlic(is there such a thing?)but the flavor after cooking is very mild and delicious. I've made it 2 nights in a row, as my husband requested. The first time, I used only 1/4 tsp salt. The second time, I didn't use any. It's really not necessary, in my opinion. And you can always salt later, right? This dish is just screaming for some color though, in the form of veggies. If I'd had any on hand, like broccoli, carrots, or snow peas, they would have been added. Next time, I will. I served it over white rice, with the sauce poured over. DELICIOUS!

  3. Very good though it was pretty oily in the end, so you may want to drain some of the oil from the chicken before adding the sauce mixture. I added noodles to the pot for the last 10 minutes of cooking, plus some veggies. It definitely didn't need the salt though.

  4. This was yummy! I used two chicken breasts (they were pretty large so I ended up using the salt, I noticed some people left it out). It was not too salty at all. I added some honey too (a couple turns of the pan) and pea pods. Delish, thanks for sharing!!

  5. This was a hit in our house. I left out the salt, the soy was salty enough. I also added some spring onion...YUMMY!!
