This makes a great addition to a buffet-style lunch or dinner.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (8 ounce) containerflavored spreadable phildelphia cream cheese (your choice)
  • 1 Boboli pizza crust
  • 1 cup fresh mixed vegetables, finely chopped
  • 12 cup grated cheese, your choice


  1. Spread dip over Boboli bread shell.
  2. Sprinkle with vegetables, then cheese.
  3. Cut into pizza slices (or, I prefer into small rectangles).
